Plate Fee Details
Each printed color needs its own plate, so the plate fee depends mainly on the number of colors, the size of the print area, and how detailed the artwork is. Plate fees are a one-time cost: plates are stored for reorders, so repeat orders of the same design do not pay the plate fee again. The more you reorder the same design, the lower the plate cost per bag becomes.
What Determines the Total Price
We do not publish fixed prices. Plastic resin prices change every month and every order is made to size, so each order is quoted individually. The main factors are:
- Resin market price at the time of ordering (it fluctuates monthly)
- Material (HDPE or LDPE)
- Bag size and thickness
- Number of print colors and print coverage
- New plates or reorder (reorders skip the plate fee)
- Order quantity (orders are placed by weight in kg; minimum order: please inquire)
